Robin has over 30 years experience in the Residential property market. Between 1985-2003 he has been the CEO, and a majority shareholder in a number of Real Estate businesses which include Barnard Marcus, Cluttons London Residential and Hamptons International.

In 2003 Robin sold Hamptons International to Wharf Holdings in Hong Kong to concentrate on his development activities, and purchased in 2004 Park Place, Henley on Thames (500acre estate) which was sold in July 07, achieving a record breaking price for a country property outside of London.

In 2005 Robin formed Cinnamon 88 with his business Partner Mike Pemberton to develop two Caribbean projects, with a combined gross development value (GDV) of USD$2.2billion. In addition Robin is the developer of 88 St James's St, a private members club with 18 residential apartments which has a GDV of £100m.
