Mike is highly regarded and respected within the hotel and tourism circles in the Caribbean, the United Kingdom and Europe. He was one of the first major developers in Barbados, developing and operating the world famous 5 star Glitter Bay hotel and the Royal Pavilion hotel, conceptualising and constructing the Royal Westmoreland Golf and Country Club, as well as what is now the Ritz Carlton Hotel in St Thomas, USVI. In partnership with Burford Group PLC, he also built St Martins Lane Hotel and The Sanderson in London. Mike has lived in Barbados for the past twenty years and together with Robin Paterson, Mike is developing the Private Residences at Clearwater Bay in Barbados.
