Mark Thornley

Group Chief Financial Officer

Mark has many years of experience with both private and public companies in Canada and the US. His career includes holding the senior financial role at Coretec Inc. a public technology company, IMAX Corp, a public entertainment and technology company and Tendercare (Michigan) Inc., a private long term care provider. Mark has also worked as a financial consultant, successfully raising capital financing for a variety of industries including hotel development, forest products, manufacturing and healthcare, as well as providing financial consulting services to a variety of respected Canadian corporations including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
